Cleaning

All compressor components undergo an advanced cleaning process utilizing our exclusive in-house cleaning plant and proprietary restoration techniques. This specialized system not only removes contaminants but also restores compressor bodies to a near-original cast appearance, delivering exceptional cleanliness, superior surface quality, and unmatched preparation for remanufacturing.

Rewinding

Compressor rewinding is the process of replacing damaged or burnt motor windings with new copper windings. After completing the winding process, a specialized hardener treatment is applied to strengthen insulation and protect the windings from damage. Rewinding helps enhance electrical efficiency, improve durability, and ensure reliable long-term performance. Each rewound motor undergoes thorough testing to verify smooth, safe, and dependable operation.

Inspection

A comprehensive evaluation of all components is performed to assess wear, damage, and overall condition. Each part is carefully examined using precise measuring tools and technical assessment methods. All newly installed replacement components are also thoroughly inspected and verified to ensure they meet quality standards and performance requirements. This process helps identify component replacement needs and ensures optimal performance, reliability, and long-term durability.

Assembly

Precision assembly is performed using premium-quality components to restore the compressor to its required operating standards. Testing

Every compressor undergoes comprehensive testing before dispatch, including oil pressure verification, loading and unloading cycle testing, ampere analysis, and performance evaluation. Leakage testing is performed using nitrogen to ensure complete system integrity. Testing process verifies reliability, efficiency, and readiness for operation under demanding conditions.

Finished Product

After successful testing and client approval, the compressor is coated with a high-quality red primer to provide protection against corrosion and environmental conditions. The unit is then finished with its final paint coating, resulting in a fully prepared product that is ready for installation, dispatch, and reliable operation.
